About the building and the area
LIVEOASIS 58 Wade Lane is situated in the heart of the Arena Quarter in Leeds. This area is fast becoming a popular area, with both students and professionals, due to its proximity to the main university campuses and the city centre.
The area also boasts two shopping centres which between them offer two supermarkets, numerous coffee shops including Costa Coffee and Starbucks, restaurants such as Arnold's, Pizza Express and Blue Sakura as well as fast-food takeaways including Tacobell, McDonalds and KFC.

In the building itself, a concierge and parcel management service will run throughout the week from 9am-5.30pm. There will be on-site security personnel working from reception and patrolling the building at predetermined hours throughout the week. CCTV will run 24 hours per day.
Any problems with your apartment will be taken care of by our dedicated in-house maintenance team who are available throughout the week from 9am-5.30pm and 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for emergency situations.
Residents will benefit from access to a communal lounge and TV area where you can relax with friends and other building residence and play pool. Further to this, there will be dedicated study zones and private bookable study rooms for you and your study mates.
